Process
How it's made
Five stages, in order. Each one has to clear before the next starts. Where a detail is not yet fixed, it says so.
01
Design direction
Original Flight graphics are refined into production-ready artwork. Line weight, colour separation and repeat behaviour are resolved at this stage, not on the factory floor.

02
Performance polo base
Final fabric, fit and construction specifications are confirmed before production. Nothing is published about composition or weight until that specification is signed.

03
Full-colour print
Artwork is prepared for all-over garment printing, so the drawing carries across the front, back and sleeves rather than sitting on a panel.

04
Sampling
Physical samples are checked for colour, fit and print placement before bulk production. Artwork is checked in physical form before a run is approved.

05
First run
Shirts are released in limited quantities once production is approved. Quantities and release timing are confirmed per collection.

Final fabric composition, sizing and production timing are confirmed per release.
