Privacy

Your cart is held in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. It is not sent anywhere until you start a checkout.

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

If you submit the contact form or join the mailing list, the details you type are sent to the service configured to receive them, and used to reply to you or to send the updates you asked for.

At checkout, your name, email, phone number and delivery address are passed to Paystack together with the order so that the payment can be taken and the parcel addressed. Card details are entered on Paystack's own payment page: they never pass through this site and we never see or store them.

Paystack is a payment processor and handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Every mailing-list message includes an unsubscribe link.

You can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, using the contact details on the contact page. This is your right under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

Records connected to a completed order are kept for as long as tax and consumer-protection law requires, which means a deletion request cannot always remove an order history.
