Prices are shown in South African rand and include VAT.

Delivery is quoted separately and shown at checkout. The full amount — shirt, delivery and VAT — is displayed before you pay, and that is the amount charged.

An order is only accepted once it is confirmed in writing. Until then, no contract exists.

Payment is taken by Paystack. Card details are entered on Paystack's payment page and are never handled by this site.

Products marked pre-order are ordered ahead of a production run. The expected release is confirmed before payment is taken.

Product photography shows the approved artwork for each polo. The print runs edge to edge across cut panels, so placement varies slightly between individual garments.

Screens render colour differently. Colour is described in words on every product page as well as shown.

You may cancel an online order within seven days of receiving it, without reason or penalty, under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. The delivery and returns page sets out how.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Where these terms and those Acts disagree, the Acts win.
